Installation Guide
Installation is straightforward and can be completed in under 30 minutes with basic hand tools:
- Locate the factory boost solenoid on the intake manifold near the throttle body
- Removal of intercooler may be required for easier access
- Disconnect the electrical connector by pressing the tab and pulling gently
- Disconnect the vacuum lines, taking note of their orientation
- Remove the mounting bolt(s) securing the solenoid
- Install the new solenoid in the reverse order
- Ensure vacuum lines are reconnected in the correct orientation
- Secure the mounting bolt(s) to factory torque specifications
- Reconnect the electrical connector until it clicks
Pro Tip: No ECU reflash is required for stock applications, but we recommend checking your wastegate actuator function after installation.
