Pomona, California (October 22, 2011) – Subiefest 2011 was successfully held on last Saturday October 22, 2011 at Pomona Fairplex, which was much closer to the heart of Los Angeles. Cars began to line up by the fairplex entrance and audience showed up at the event at about 8.30 early morning. Approximately 2300 enthusiasts attended the event last Saturday.
This was the 2nd year Tomioka Racing returned as official sponsor at the Subiefest. We had 10 x 20 of booth space to display full line of Subaru products from Turbos, Exhaust Systems, Fuel Components, Engine Components, and Performance Light-weight Batteries. Tomioka had 2008 WRX and 2006 STi display cars at the booth. Another highlight on the booth was the newly released Twin-Scroll Turbo Kit which attracted many enthusiasts to the booth. With power rating of 450HP and faster spool compared to the single scroll turbo, the bolt-on twin-scroll turbo kit garnered plenty of attention at Subiefest. Congratulations to the customers who purchased Tomioka products at promotional price exclusively during Subiefest 2011.
Tomioka Racing is proud to have contributed to the Subiefest 2011 raffles. Among this year raffle items from Tomioka was the must-have Air & Oil Separator unit to help lower emission, keep the intake charge pipe clean, reduce oil burned in the engine and detonation due to a dirty intake charge pipe. In addition, Tomioka also sponsored the Subiefest AutoX with TR 15 lbs Performance Light-weight Battery and Aluminum Mounting Kit to the 1st place winner. Tomioka Racing most definitely looks forward to be part of next year’s bigger Subiefest 2012!
